• Cash on Delivery Orders: If you have paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund through bank transfer or another agreed method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Credit Card Payments: If you have paid via credit card, the refund will be processed directly to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we process it.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refund Policy
